As the founder of Accudo in 2006, I wanted simply to help bring talent and businesses together in a professional and ethical manner. 15 years on, I am proud of the reputation that we have built with our diverse client and candidate base.
I’ve been in recruitment for 20 years and counting, but I still relish the opportunity to help candidates take their new career steps and continue to take that responsibility very seriously. I always look to work with passion, professionalism, and integrity 100% of the time.
In the office I am as hands on today as ever, and just one of the team. Outside of the office I am a dad, handyman, and a passionate sportsman, even though I’m a bit rubbish at it!
I have a broad background in HR, Recruitment and Customer Service and was drawn to working with Adam because of his ethical approach and the personal touch that he gives to every piece of work that he’s involved in. I really enjoy building relationships with clients, understanding the intricacies of each business and helping to source talented individuals that genuinely will fit within their culture.
I love getting to know candidates on a personal level, having an awareness exactly what they need from their next role and making them feel at ease right from the get go. When I’m not at work I can be found spending quality time my little boy and my husband, walking my effervescent puppy, or socialising with friends and family. I love being creative and feeding my addiction for shoes.
